What We Do in Jupiter & Tequesta

Waterfront renovations, hurricane prep cleanups, and tight-access deliveries to homes tucked between the Intracoastal and A1A. Here’s how Jupiter and Tequesta residents use On-Call Hauler.

Junk Removal & Cleanouts

Jupiter has a large seasonal and snowbird population, which drives a steady demand for cleanouts during turnover season. Whole-house and garage cleanouts when snowbirds return to find a season’s worth of clutter to purge. Curbside pickup for items that don’t fit in the regular collection. Furniture and appliance removal from waterfront homes and condos along U.S. 1 and A1A. Estate cleanouts for families managing inherited properties in Jupiter and Tequesta.

Light Demolition & Debris Hauling

Jupiter’s older coastal neighborhoods — particularly the homes between Indiantown Road and the inlet — have been in a renovation cycle for years, with 1970s and 80s construction being gut-renovated or torn down and rebuilt. Kitchen and bathroom tear-outs before luxury remodels. Tile and terrazzo removal from older slab-on-grade homes. Deck, dock, and fence demolition on waterfront properties. Concrete removal for driveway, seawall cap, and patio replacement.

Landscape Material Delivery

Jupiter’s landscaping market skews toward decorative stone and hardscaping — homeowners here invest in their outdoor spaces year-round. River rock, Mexican beach pebble, and coquina for coastal-style landscape beds and dry creek features. Mulch and topsoil for planting beds around pool areas and waterfront setbacks. Fill dirt and sand for grading and drainage correction. Pavers and hardscape materials for outdoor kitchen and patio installations.

Why Jupiter & Tequesta Residents Call On-Call Hauler

Jupiter and Tequesta occupy the northern tip of Palm Beach County — a stretch of waterfront communities, mature neighborhoods, and luxury developments that present a unique set of hauling challenges. Narrow coastal lots, waterfront access restrictions, gated community rules, and high-end finishes that require careful handling all make this area different from the suburban communities further south and west.

Waterfront homes have tight access and no room for dumpsters. Many homes along the Loxahatchee River, the Intracoastal, and the Jupiter Inlet sit on narrow lots with single-car-width driveways sandwiched between seawalls and neighboring structures. A roll-off dumpster simply doesn’t fit — and even if it did, most of these communities prohibit them. Our dump trailer is compact enough to fit on these lots, load in the driveway, and leave without blocking the street or violating community rules. For waterfront renovation projects, this is often the only viable debris removal option.

The renovation cycle in Jupiter is high-end and constant. Jonathan’s Landing, Admirals Cove, Jupiter Country Club, and The Bluffs are home to properties that undergo regular updates — not because they’re neglected, but because homeowners invest in keeping them current. That means kitchen and bath gut-renovations with custom tile, natural stone, and premium fixtures. Demo work on these projects requires care — you can’t swing a sledgehammer next to a $50,000 kitchen island that’s staying. We handle selective demolition and debris removal for these higher-end projects, working alongside the general contractor to take out only what needs to go.

Jupiter Farms is a different animal entirely. West of I-95, Jupiter Farms properties sit on 1.25-acre lots with unpaved roads, well water, and septic systems. The hauling needs here look more like Loxahatchee than coastal Jupiter — property cleanups, old structure removal, shell rock driveway delivery, and fill dirt for grading. We serve both sides of Jupiter: the waterfront condos east of U.S. 1 and the rural acreage properties west of the turnpike. Same truck, same crew, same day.

Tequesta is small but active. With just over 6,000 residents, Tequesta is one of the smallest municipalities in the county — but its housing stock is aging and steadily being renovated. The 1960s and 70s-era homes along Tequesta Drive and Country Club Drive are being updated by new owners, which generates a consistent flow of demo debris, old flooring, cabinetry, and fixture removal. Our compact trailer fits the narrow Tequesta streets and smaller lot sizes without issue.

Jupiter & Tequesta Service FAQ

How far are you from Jupiter?

We’re based in Royal Palm Beach, which is about 30–35 minutes from central Jupiter and 25 minutes from the Indiantown Road corridor via I-95 or the turnpike. We schedule Jupiter and Tequesta jobs in clusters to maximize efficiency, and same-day service is available for most junk removal jobs.

Is there a travel fee for Jupiter or Tequesta?

Jupiter and Tequesta are within our standard Palm Beach County service area. There are no travel surcharges. The price we quote is the price you pay regardless of your location within the Jupiter or Tequesta zip codes.

Can you work on waterfront properties with limited driveway access?

Yes — this is one of our biggest advantages in Jupiter. Our dump trailer is 7 feet wide and 12 feet long, which fits on single-car-width driveways and through narrow side yards that roll-off dumpsters and large trucks can’t access. If you’re on the Intracoastal, the Loxahatchee River, or a canal-front lot with tight access, send us a photo and we’ll confirm we can fit.

Do you serve Jonathan’s Landing and Admirals Cove?

Yes. We work in both communities regularly. Our truck-and-trailer setup passes through the gate without issue, and we coordinate with community management on any access or timing requirements. We carry proof of insurance for communities that require it.

Do you also serve Jupiter Farms?

Absolutely. Jupiter Farms has 1.25-acre lots with unpaved roads and hauling needs similar to Loxahatchee and The Acreage — property cleanups, shell rock driveway maintenance, old structure removal, and fill dirt delivery. Our Tundra and dump trailer handle the unpaved roads and off-pavement access that Jupiter Farms properties require.

Can you remove dock and deck debris from a waterfront property?

Yes. We demo and haul old wood docks, decking, pergolas, and related waterfront structures. We break the material down on-site, load it into the dump trailer, and haul it to the appropriate disposal facility. We do not work in the water — our scope covers everything from the seawall or bulkhead landward. For dock pilings or over-water work, you’ll need a marine contractor.
