Landscape Material Delivery in Palm Beach County
Need gravel, mulch, topsoil, or fill dirt delivered to your property? On-Call Hauler sources landscape materials from local Palm Beach County suppliers and delivers them directly to your driveway, job site, or backyard — wherever you need it dumped. We use a 7×12 dump trailer with 3-ton capacity, which means we can reach tight driveways, gated communities, and backyard access points that full-size dump trucks can’t. Serving homeowners, landscapers, and contractors from Jupiter to Boca Raton.
Materials We Deliver
South Florida landscaping runs year-round — no off-season. Whether you’re refreshing mulch beds in a Palm Beach Gardens HOA, filling a grading issue on an Acreage property, or prepping a patio base in Boca Raton, we pick up the material from a local supplier and deliver it straight to your property. Here’s what we haul:
Rock, Stone & Gravel
River rock, pea gravel, crushed shell, #57 stone, decorative stone, and crushed concrete. Used for drainage, xeriscaping, walkway bases, driveways, and decorative beds. Rock is the most popular material we deliver in Wellington and Royal Palm Beach — especially for equestrian properties and large lots that need drainage solutions.
Mulch & Topsoil
Hardwood mulch, cypress mulch, pine bark, red-dyed mulch, and black-dyed mulch. Screened topsoil, garden-blend soil, and compost. Mulch breaks down fast in the Palm Beach County heat and humidity — most properties need a full refresh at least once a year. We deliver by the trailer load so you can cover real ground without making ten trips to the garden center.
Sand & Fill Dirt
Fill dirt, clean fill, masonry sand, white sand, and play sand. Common uses include grading low spots, backfilling after plumbing or irrigation work, leveling yards, and building up eroded areas. Fill dirt is especially in demand across Loxahatchee and the Acreage where large lots settle unevenly over time and need re-grading.
Pavers & Hardscape Materials
Paver pallets, stepping stones, retaining wall blocks, landscape edging, and base material (shell rock, road base). We pick up from your supplier of choice or from a local yard and deliver directly to your job site. This is a delivery-only service — you or your contractor handles the installation. Ideal for DIY patio projects and hardscape renovations throughout Palm Beach County.
How it works: We source materials from local Palm Beach County suppliers, load our dump trailer at their yard, and deliver to your property. You pay for the material (at supplier pricing) plus a flat delivery fee based on distance. No markups on material cost. Need help figuring out how much to order? Call us — we’ll help you estimate.

Why a Dump Trailer Beats a Dump Truck for Your Delivery
Big dump trucks can’t fit down narrow driveways, through HOA gates, or behind your house. Our 7×12 dump trailer goes where the big rigs can’t — tight residential streets in Palm Beach Gardens, gated equestrian properties in Wellington, narrow lot access in Jupiter and Tequesta. We dump exactly where you need the material, not at the end of the street. Less wheelbarrow work for you, less mess for the neighborhood.
How Material Delivery Works
From phone call to material on-site, most deliveries are completed within 24–48 hours. Here’s the process.

Material Delivery FAQ
How much does material delivery cost?
You pay two things: the material itself (at supplier pricing with no markup from us) and a flat delivery fee based on distance from the supplier to your property. Delivery fees within Palm Beach County typically range from $75–$150 depending on location. We give you the full breakdown before you commit. Contact us for a quote.
How much material can you deliver in one load?
Our 7×12 dump trailer has a 3-ton (6,000 lb) capacity. That’s roughly 2–3 cubic yards of heavy material like gravel or river rock, or 4–6 cubic yards of lighter material like mulch or topsoil. For larger projects, we run multiple loads the same day. We’ll help you figure out the right number of loads when you call.
Can you dump the material in my backyard?
In most cases, yes. Our dump trailer is compact enough to fit through side gates, narrow driveways, and tight residential access points that full-size dump trucks can’t navigate. As long as the ground is firm enough to support the trailer and there’s clearance for the truck and trailer to enter and turn, we can dump in backyards, side yards, and specific staging areas. We’ll confirm access during the quoting process.
Do you spread the material or just dump it?
Our standard service is delivery and dump only — we place the material where you specify and you or your landscaper handles the spreading and installation. This keeps the cost lower for you and lets you work at your own pace. If you need material hauled away after a project, check out our junk removal services.
What suppliers do you pick up from?
We work with multiple landscape supply yards across Palm Beach County. If you have a preferred supplier, we’re happy to pick up from them. If you don’t have a preference, we’ll source from a reputable local yard based on material availability, quality, and proximity to your delivery address. Either way, you pay the supplier’s price with no markup.
How quickly can you deliver?
Most deliveries are completed within 24–48 hours of booking. Same-day delivery is sometimes possible depending on supplier hours and our schedule. For time-sensitive projects, call us as early as possible and we’ll do our best to get you on the schedule. Material availability at the supplier is the only variable we don’t control.
