Is the estimate really free?

Yes. Every estimate is free with no obligation. For most jobs, we can give you an accurate price from a photo or description alone. For larger jobs like whole-house cleanouts or demolition projects, we may schedule a quick on-site walk-through — also free.

How fast can you get the job done?

Many jobs — especially curbside pickups and single-item removals — can be done same day or next day. Larger jobs like full cleanouts and demolition projects are usually scheduled within 2–5 business days depending on scope. Emergency and after-hours service is available 24/7 at a premium rate.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash, all major credit and debit cards, and online payment via Stripe. For online bookings through our curbside pickup page, payment is collected at the time of booking. For quoted jobs, we typically collect a deposit upfront with the balance due on completion.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. On-Call Hauler LLC is a registered Florida LLC, DOT registered for commercial hauling, and carries full commercial general liability insurance. We’re happy to provide proof of insurance for property managers and general contractors who require it.

Absolutely. General contractors, remodelers, landscapers, property managers, and realtors across Palm Beach County use us for debris hauling, post-renovation cleanups, tenant turnover cleanouts, and material delivery.
