What to Expect When You Hire Us
Every job follows the same standard — no matter the size.
A Firm Price Before We Start
You send us photos or we do a quick on-site look. We give you a firm, written quote that covers the full scope — labor, hauling, disposal, everything. The price doesn’t change once we start. If we see something during the job that changes the scope, we stop and discuss it with you before doing any additional work.
We Show Up When We Say We Will
If we say Tuesday at 8 AM, we’re there Tuesday at 8 AM. If something changes, we call you — not the other way around. The most common complaint people have about hauling and demo companies is that they don’t show up, they show up late, or they stop returning calls after the quote. That doesn’t happen here.
The Site Is Clean When We Leave
We don’t leave debris behind. We don’t leave nails on the ground. We don’t leave a mess for you to deal with after we pull away. The job isn’t done until everything is loaded, the area is swept or raked, and the site looks the way it should. If you’re not satisfied with the cleanup, tell us before we leave and we’ll make it right on the spot.
