Pricing

We believe you should know what a job costs before the work begins — not after. Every quote we give is a firm, all-inclusive price covering labor, hauling, and disposal. No hidden fees. No “oh, it’s actually more than we thought” once we’re on-site.

The ranges below give you a general idea of what to expect. Every job is different, so the best way to get your exact price is to call or text us photos. We typically respond with a firm quote within the hour.

Junk Removal Pricing

Junk removal is priced by how much space your items take up in the trailer — not by the hour. Our 7×12 dump trailer is the measuring stick. Whether you have a single couch or a full garage cleanout, we quote based on the volume of the load.

Minimum Load

A few items — a couch, mattress, appliance, or a small pile of junk

$150+

Half Trailer

A room’s worth of furniture, a garage half-clean, or a moderate pile

$300+

Full Trailer(s)

A full garage cleanout, estate contents, or a major property clear

$500+

What affects the price: Volume is the primary factor, but labor intensity matters too. Items that are easy to grab and toss load faster than a 300-pound gun safe on the second floor. Extremely heavy items (concrete, dirt, appliances) may hit the 3-ton weight limit before filling the trailer by volume. We factor all of this into your quote so the price is accurate from the start.

Curbside Pickup Pricing

Already have items at the curb? Curbside pickup is our fastest, most affordable option — no walking through the house, no navigating stairs, just pull up and load. Pricing is based on the number and size of items.

Item Type

Starting At

Single item (mattress, couch, appliance)

$90

2–4 items (small furniture set, a few bags + items)

$90+

Large curbside pile (garage cleanout at curb, yard debris pile)

$250+

Additional items (each, when added to an existing pickup)

$25–$50

Curbside prices are lower because we can load faster without navigating through the home. Text us a photo of the pile and we’ll confirm the exact price before we come out. Full details on our curbside pickup page.

Light Demolition Pricing

Demolition is priced by the scope of work — the size of the structure, the materials involved, the labor required to tear it down, and the volume and weight of debris to haul away. Every demo job includes the teardown, loading, haul-away, site cleanup, and disposal.

Service

Typical Range

Shed removal (8×10 wood shed, standard access)

$500–$1,200+

Fence removal (wood privacy, per 100 linear ft)

$400–$800+

Concrete removal (patio slab, per load)

$500–$1,500+

Bathroom demo (single bath, full gut)

$800–$2,000+

Kitchen demo (standard kitchen, full gut)

$1,200–$3,000+

Tile removal (whole house, 1,200–2,000 sqft)

$2,500–$5,000+

These ranges are estimates — every demo job is quoted individually based on photos or an on-site look. Factors that move the price include the size of the structure, material type (reinforced concrete vs. wood), access difficulty, and whether multiple loads are needed. Full details on each service are linked above.

Landscape Material Delivery Pricing

Material delivery pricing has two components: the cost of the material (which varies by product and supplier) and the delivery fee (which covers the pickup from the supply yard and delivery to your property).

Delivery Fee

Per load, covers pickup from supplier + delivery to your property

$150–$250+

Material Cost

Varies by product and supplier — quoted separately so you see both costs

Varies

What affects the delivery fee: Distance from the supply yard to your property is the main factor. Deliveries within central Palm Beach County (Royal Palm Beach, Wellington, West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens) are on the lower end. Deliveries to the far southern end of the county (Boca Raton, Delray Beach) or the far north (Jupiter, Tequesta) may be higher due to the additional drive time.

Trailer capacity per load: Approximately 4–5 cubic yards by volume or 3 tons (6,000 lbs) by weight — whichever is reached first. Lighter materials like mulch fill the trailer by volume. Heavier materials like crushed limerock and river rock hit the weight limit first. We help you calculate how many loads your project needs so you can budget accurately. See our landscape material delivery page for more.

Our Pricing Promise

The price we quote is the price you pay. We don’t lowball to get on-site and then inflate the number once you’re committed. We don’t add disposal fees, fuel surcharges, or “environmental” charges after the fact. The quote covers everything — labor, hauling, disposal, and cleanup.

If we get on-site and discover the scope is different than what was described or photographed — more items than expected, heavier materials, harder access — we stop and discuss it with you before doing any additional work. You approve any scope changes and the revised price before we proceed. No surprises, no pressure.

Payment is collected when the job is complete — not before. We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, and Apple Pay.
